Motorcycle Dyno Tuning
   
Engine "blue printing" & cylinder head gas flowing. 
The rolling road is capable of absorbing 200bhp, running up to 200mph. Readings of BHP, Torque, Speed and RPM are recorded. 
Full Gas Analysis is also available. A large engine-cooling fan is used and oil temperature can be monitored on air-cooled engines.

Capabilities.

·         Run part or full load tests at constant speed
·         Running in engine / gearbox
·         Has low inertia because of lack of flywheel and therefore low reverse torque loading when the throttle is closed. Rear tyre stress is also kept to a minimum.
·         Acceleration tests like a Dynojet by pre-setting load applied electrically and matching it more specifically to a motorcycles output.
·         Load range can be adjusted to suit the output of different motorcycles thus maintaining sensitivity of control whether 50bhp or 150bhp.
·         In the event of a problem the load can instantly be switched off saving further damage to motorcycle components.

·         Problem solving / Fitting of K&N Filters, Dynojet Kits, Slip on cans etc. are charged at the rate of  £45.00 per hour plus parts. The charge will include before and after tests.

SAFETY NOTE
We recommend that you fit a good secondhand part worn hard compound tyre if you anticipate prolonged periods of operation and that you remove the fairing for ease of access and reduce the risk of damage.
